(Polyamide,PA)- PA hot melt adhesive film has a wide range of applications. This material not only has excellent water washing resistance, but also maintains excellent performance under dry cleaning conditions. PA hot melt adhesive mesh lacks elasticity, but can achieve excellent adhesion on various fabrics and leather surfaces. This unique bonding ability makes it widely used in clothing manufacturing and home textile industry, becoming an indispensable preferred auxiliary material both inside and outside the industry. In general, there are two melting points (90-110 ℃ and 115-128 ℃), which provide the possibility for precise bonding in different application scenarios and meet different processing needs.
(Polyester,PES)- PES hot melt adhesive film has washing resistance and temperature resistance, and some products also have flame retardancy. It has good adhesion to materials such as metals, polyester fabrics, PVC, PI films, PC films, and sheets. The melting point of PES hot melt adhesive film is about 90 ° C, 125 ° C, 128 ° C, 130 ° C, 165 ° C, and the recommended pressing temperature for 5 products is about 105-185 ° C. (Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,EVA)- EVA hot melt film has good elasticity and softness, is resistant to low temperatures, and can be washed with water. Can be used to fit wallpaper, XPE, EVA foam, mattresses, cool mats, some leather and other substrate materials. The melting point is relatively low, and the initial dissolution is only about 75 ° C. It is recommended to press at a temperature of 80-100 ° C. The advantages are elasticity, softness, and low-temperature adhesion.
(Thermoplastic polyurethanes,TPU)- TPU hot melt adhesive film has three different temperature melting point products, ranging from 65 ° C to 90 ° C to 118 ° C to 140 ° C to 180 ° C. It has good adhesion and excellent washing resistance to fabrics, leather, genuine leather, polyurethane sponge, and partially painted metal parts. 115 ° C products have elasticity and a relatively soft touch after hot pressing; 65 ° C products have no elasticity and are suitable for bonding with some low-temperature substrates.
